is a professor of sociology. He is a lecturer at the University of Prishtina with expertise and professional experience in pre-university and university education issues, in raising awareness about religious fundamentalism and radicalism, and in public administration. During his fifteen years of professional experience in the state and academic sector he has led and has been part of various programs and projects within the University of Prishtina and the Ministry of Public Administration. Ardian Gola has completed his Bachelor and Master’s studies at the University of Prishtina and has defended his doctoral thesis at the University of Tirana.

is a researcher with expertise and professional experience in designing and managing research and development projects. With over ten years of professional experience in international organizations and academic institutions, he has led and participated in various programs with UNDP, USAID, Scola Normale Superiore in Florence, the Institute for Advanced Studies in Hungary and the University of Regensburg in Germany. Atdhe Hetemi studied at the University of Prishtina (2007) and Corvnus in Budapest (2009). He is completing his doctoral studies focused on the political history of the Western Balkans at the University of Ghent in Belgium.

During over seven years of professional experience in civil society, she has led and has been part of various programs within the Institute for Development Policy and the Riinvest Institute. Dita Dobranja spent an academic year as an economic policy research student at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan, and completed her Master's degree in International Economics at the American University in Washington, USA.

is an economist and has been intensively engaged in private sector counseling, sustainable tourism development, value-added products development, foreign investment promotion, cluster creation, policy and strategy development, and tourism legislation in Albania (hotel classification system, certification of tourist guides, tour operators) as well as interregional cooperation. During his professional experience of over fifteen years, Mr. Orozi worked for several years at various levels at a Council of Ministers agency in the Republic of Albania, as an expert in an SME development program funded by USAID (United State Agency for International Development) and in 2014 joined the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Albania as a public officer. Mr. Orozi graduated in 2001 in Business Administration at the University of Tirana and successfully completed his Master's Degree in Tourism Management. He has attended a variety of trainings and practices in various organizations, including a program developed by Harvard University's Center for International Development (CDI), a ToT program developed by AHLEI (American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute).

is a project manager with expertise and professional experience in the fields of cultural heritage, spatial planning, architecture and cultural tourism. For over fifteen years of professional experience in civil society and private sector, he has led and has been part of various programs in the Swedish Foundation for Cultural Heritage without Borders, EC Ma Ndryshe, Association of Tourist Guides and acted as a consultant for various private companies. Enes Toska has studied architecture at the University of Prishtina and has completed the advanced course "Conservation and Management of Historic Buildings" at Lund University in Sweden.

During his fifteen years of professional experience in civil society and state administration he has led and has been part of various programs within the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society, EC Ma Ndryshe and the Ministry of Tourism and Environment in Albania. Hajrulla Çeku has completed his Master's degree in Local Comparative Development at the University of Trento, Italy, and the University of Regensburg, Germany.

Throughout the fifteen-year experience in philanthropy and business, she has led and has been part of various programs within the world's leading design company IDEO, the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society, the United States Agency for International Development, the United Nations Development Program, and numerous consultancies for active organizations in the field of sustainable development. Iliriana Kaçaniku holds three senior academic titles, including a Master in Business Administration from Hult International Business School, a Master in International Relations and Development from Fletcher School, Tufts University, and a Master in International and Security Policies at Bradford University, Great Britain.

With over fifteen years of professional experience in educational and research institutions and organizations, and in development agencies, she has led and has been part of various programs within the University of Prishtina, UNDP, Gender Equality Agency in Kosovo, AECOM and Social Impact for USAID, and Nathan Associates for MCC. Nita Luci holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor in the United States of America.

is an archaeologist and a lecturer at the University of Tirana, University of Durrës and Polis University, with expertise and professional experience in the fields of archaeology, cultural heritage and cultural tourism. Throughout his 15-year experience in the state administration he has led and has been part of the works at the Institute of Archaeology, the Ministry of Tourism and Culture and the Institution of the President of the Republic. Dr. Ols Lafe has completed his Master studies in Archaeology at the University of Cincinnati (USA) and holds a PhD in Cultural Heritage from the University of Tirana.

is an architect and university lecturer with expertise and professional experience in the areas of university education and quality assurance in higher education, architectural and urban design with a focus on sustainable and inclusive environment, urban planning, cultural heritage and civil society. Along her eighteen-year professional experience in international governmental and nongovernmental organizations, university education and civil society in Kosovo, she has been part of various programs in the University of Prishtina, Council of Europe, EC Ma Ndryshe, HANDIKOS, EDUCAID, AVSI, World Bank, GTZ (now GIZ), Cooperazione Italiane and Italian Liaison Office (now Italian Embassy), International Management Group (IMG), and part of many architecture studios in Kosovo. Rozafa Basha is a Graduated Engineer of Architecture (University of Prishtina). She has also completed her Master’s studies in the field of Sustainable Urban Design at the University of Lund, Sweden, and is pursuing doctorate studies at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, focusing on comprehensive urban spaces.

During twelve years of professional experience in civil society and institutional governance, he has led and has been part of various projects within international organizations (such as IREX, IFES, EWMI and Helvetas) and local ones (such as D4D, KDI, EC Ma Ndryshe and D+). Visar Sutaj holds two Master degrees, one from the Faculty of Law in the University of Prishtina (financial branch) and the other from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) at AUK (management branch). He finished his Bachelor studies on multidisciplinary management in economy, legal studies and international relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, with a duration of 5 years.
